Here’s what happened at the Scottish Dome Series 2017

Last week the Dome Series rolled into Glasgow! The Scottish leg of the British University Indoor Snowsports Championships brought together the biggest talents from clubs across the country. There was no messing about on dendex, the Dome Series is less about getting your face shredded and more about competing on real(ish) snow. Here’s what we saw…

The balcony was packed, but some struggled to get a good view

The competitors were absolute animals, we had some spread eagles..

A few penguin dives…

And of course plenty of starfish!

GUSSC were looking sexy celebrating LGBT history month

But Edinburgh claimed the prize for overall wins in both men’s and women’s categories, taking home a haul of SIX golds, greedy buggers..

Table dancing got off to a good start, but it was no mountain meal and the fun police intervened..

However, there was no holding back on celebrations. Competitors showed big love for each other…

There was plenty of team spirit…

And as always, things got a bit cheeky towards the end..

There’s no denying the talent up here though, because Scotland produced the king of Cossacks…

…Ross eventually gave the people what they wanted…

…And as is tradition, we all celebrated with a ceilidh!

See you all at Castleford for the finals!!!
